چکیده
BiFeO heterostructures were manufactured using intermittent sputtering technology on the surface of a single crystal substrate MgO(001) 3 /(Sr, Ba)Nb 2 O 6 . Studies structure, thickness profile composition, morphology and dielectric characteristics materials have been carried out. It is established that despite formation two types orientation domains (±18.4 o ) in layer (Sr, , upper ratio total parallel with MgO(001). shown composition films bismuth ferrite barium-strontium niobate does not change film thickness, corresponds to compositions sprayed ceramic targets, no signs presence buffer layers revealed. The results study ferroelectric heterostructure are presented. reasons for revealed patterns discussed. Keywords: thin films, heterostructure, niobate, ferrite.
